This Privacy Policy („Privacy Policy„) describes and summarizes the policies and procedures of WEBCentric Services („WEBCentric„, „we„, „our“ or „us„) with respect to the processing of personal data („Personal Data„) provided or acquired through use of our website located at https://www.webcentric.co.rs and all related subdomains (collectively, the „Website„) and all content, features, services and/or products available on or through the Website (collectively, the “ WEBCentric Services„).
WEBCentric takes the privacy of individuals very seriously. We are committed to maintaining the security, confidentiality and integrity of the personal data in our custody or control, and protecting such data in accordance with the applicable legislation. WEBCentric regularly re-evaluates its privacy and security practices and adapts them as necessary to deal with new regulatory requirements, changes in legislation, its Services and/or security standards.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

You can also import a profile of your personal and professional information from LinkedIn, in which case the information contained in your LinkedIn profile (such as your current job role and employer) will be provided to us by LinkedIn and used to populate our online recruitment form, or upload your curriculum vitae (CV).
Metadata Collection:
When you access our Website whether by computer, mobile phone or any other device, we automatically collect certain information about your use of our Website which may include, among other things: geographical location and IDs of the device; bandwidth used; system and connection performance; browser type and version; operating system; referral source; length of visit; page views; IP address or other unique identifier of your device.

- If you are successful and accept the role, we will use your personal information provided during the online application process, or through our recruitment-related marketing activities, to carry out pre-employment screening (further details of which will be provided to you at the time), and this information will also form part of your employment file;
- If you are unsuccessful or choose not to accept the role, we will retain your details for a as long as required for the purpose of processing your application. You have the option to consent for us to keep your data for longer periods so we can keep in touch. In such cases we will not keep your details for longer than 24 months from the date of your application. Please note that in certain countries in which we operate, we may be required by local laws to keep your details on file for a longer period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

In relation to Users, WEBCentric acts as Controller and as a Processor of their Personal Data.
