Custom Web app development
Quite often we face situations where no existing software solution can suit customers business requirements.
In such situations, WEBCentric offers custom application development, which are in most cases Web applications, developed from scratch.
Such a developemnt s typically more demanding in terms of time, resources and budget, but ends up in long-term solution, tailor-made to suit customer's business.
Typicall steps in lifecycle of such a project are
- BRD - Business Requirement Document, prepared by the Client, which is the basis for our offer

ARCOS
For it's principal client - ACN Europe BV, WEBCentric has developed a large custom Web application. it's used by ACN customers and representatives to order ACN telecomunication services in 18 European countries.
This application specifics are
- Implementation in 18 countries, where in most cases ACN has differetn business rules, and offers different services
- Simple contant translation management, so ACN's translators can manage translations with no need for devlopment resources
- Implementation of country-specific rules, mostly dictated by legislation specifics of a given country
- Integrating with several online payment methods
- Different access levels for ACN employees
- Integration with address verification systems (QAS)
- Integration with billing / provisioning applications running in backend - DISEMP
ARCOS development has been kicked off in february 2010. WEBcentric was not only involved in development, but also in planning, preparing FSDs, technical documents, as well as new development team member's training.
First version of the app was launced in February 2011, and straight after this new development has kicked off - ARCOS additions in terms of new payment methods, new services to be offered, new functions for ACN staff.
In the meanwhile several Amsterdam-based developers have joined the project, which noe in fact is a joint effort of 2 development teams - Amsterdam (ACN) and Belgrade (WEBcentric)

OFPS - customer portal
OFPS (Organizacija of Serbian Music Producers) is characterized by a complex business process of registering, contracting and billing it's customers.
First version of this Web app was release in fall of 2006, and ever since has undergone several major changes, according to changes of OFPS business rules. This portal now contains more than 25000 customer details.
Amongst other functions, it's used for auto-creation of contracts and invoices.

OFPS - legal portal
Since many of OFPS customers are late with their dues, OFPS is second largest Serbian organisation when it comes to number of lawsuits.
Tightly integrated with Customer Portal, Legal Portal enables OFPS legal department to raise a lawsuit which is passed on to one of partner law firms who file it to the court. Each law firm has access only to it's own cases, while OFPS staff have access to any lawsuit.
Lawsuit is followed through all the steps of court process. OFPS management has quick and simple reporting mechanism giving them statistical outline of the legal department, as well as details of any specific lawsuit.

OFPS - phonogram app
One of OFPS tasks is distributing funds collected from customers to it's founding members - Serbian labels. The funds are distributed according to their market share - based on number of songs (phonograms) that we re on the palylists of Serbian TV and radio stations.
Per OFPS request, WEBCEntric has implemented a complex Web app, taking care of
- Managing founding members
- Managing broadcasters
- Phonogram (song) ownership application, submitted by OFPS members
- Overview and resolution of conflicting phonogram applications
- Broadcast playlist, submitted by broadcasters
- Matching process - where boradcaster's playlists are matched to member song ownership applications. This way we detarmine market share of each OFPS member
- Reporting module - providing various report to OFPS staff and management
The app was launched in 2008, and in the meanwhile has been upgraded several times, based on OFPS additional requirements. In the meanwhile WEBCentric provides constant support in data mining processes (resolving conflicts between OFPS members)

HELPEU - ticketing system
In late 2008, ACN management came to conclusion thett thir existing ticketing system was far too rigid, and that they require more serious solution for keeping track of issues, projects and initiatives.
WEBCentric's task was to design and implement such ticketing system, but not from scratch - we had to build on top of existing ticketing system, which was built in ASP classic.
Initial development took 3 months, and after that the app was continously improved according to new requirements.

Bronson Health Classes / Events
For it's US partner, SigatoDigital, WEBCentric has developed Bronson Health Classes and Events Web application.
The application contains frontend module, used by patients to subscribe for various healthcare events, and Backend module, used for defining target groups, event scheduling, as well as billing, administrative and analytics purposes.
