System Administration / DevOps Team Lead

Your responsibilities would be:

• Leading our System administration team;
• Maintenance, expansion and infrastructural upgrades our server network (consisting of several central and more than 50 peripheral servers);
• Performance and stability monitoring of our infrastructure;
• Improvements and automation of our existing deployment process;
• Mentoring and coaching younger team members;

Requirement skills:

• Linux server administration (RHEL, CentOS);
• MariaDB / MySQL administration;
• Nginx;
• VMware ESXi (setup, resource optimisation, maintenance);
• Jenkins;
• IP networks (NAT, port mapping, routing, firewalls, etc…);
• Shell scripting;
• Performance monitoring solutions (Cacti, Nagios or similar);

The following skills are considered a plus:

• MariaDB Galera cluster and MaxScale;
• Jenkins Blue Ocean (including writing jenkins files);
• Automated software provisioning (Ansible, Chef);
• Apache Tomcat;
• MongoDB administration;
• Amazon S3 service;
• Active Directory Administration (Windows);
• Git;
